Contemporary twist on Autumnal coloured lanterns at Middleton Lodge

Middleton Lodge celebrated their autumn wedding open day with rich and luxurious coloured hanging lanterns to reflect the fallen leaves on the ground outside.

Wedding & Events Floral Design styled an open day in the glorious Middleton Lodge for all brides and grooms-to-be to see.

Jane and her team used a selection of warm toned hanging lanterns including mauve and mango with a dash of pastel pink, peach and gold to add a more elegant edge. 

Strong fuchsia pink lanterns were dotted in mildly to add contrast and a modern twist on traditional autumnal colours.

A complete range of sizes were layered up, including our extra large 30” lanterns in the centre, whilst the smaller lanterns (8” and 12”) are perfect to add into the gaps creating a full lantern canopy.

The tables were dressed with antique gold candles and crystal beading creating a vintage touch whilst our gold and cream paper lanterns were the highlight in the centres hanging on Jane’s bespoke made shepherd hook centrepieces…  so popular on the day that a mother of a bride requested them as a last minute addition to her parents golden wedding anniversary party the following day! Our 8” and 12” lanterns are the ideal sizes to be used on the tables as they are large enough to create visual impact but not too big that your guests can’t see each other whilst seated.
