“Thank you! Lanterns looked gorgeous at the Grand Opening of the JW Marriott Venice”

MKTG INC needed 400 bespoke paper lanterns to hang along the river at the opening of the new Marriott hotel in Venice with just 3 weeks from brief to delivery!
They needed 4 different shaped lanterns in shimmering Stardream papers including rose pink, soft cream, lagoon green and vista blue.
Our laser studio designed the complementary bespoke shapes all around 10cm in height and created a cube, an oblong, a cylinder and a birdcage design to be suspended with fishing line at varying heights. The paper lantern shapes had to allow for the hanging of a candle flicker or warm white Buttonlite inside so the display would provide an ambient glow around the hotel grounds as night fell.
Each of the guests at the JW Marriott opening event were invited to write their wishes onto the sides of the bespoke laser lanterns and hang their lanterns along the picturesque river.
