Lauren and Russell contacted our Lantern Wedding team early in 2014 whilst planning their big day.

With a unique split level barn venue the couple wanted to make the most of the open gallery space in the centre and find a way to link the two floors together. The couple wanted to show their fun, relaxed, bubbly personalities throughout the details of their wedding so a bright, multi-coloured hanging lantern display seemed to suit perfectly! 

Lauren worked together with our Wedding advisor, Natalie, choosing a variety of coloured round lanterns in both bright and pastel tones to contrast each other, emphasizing shades of pink and orange to match the wedding bouquets, and then selecting a range of sizes between 8” – 16” to create the energetic, bouncing texture for a real party vibe. Lauren and Russell installed the lanterns themselves using clear fishing wire tied across the balcony and also included our LED Buttonlites inside to illuminate the dance floor throughout the evening.
